2010 Yuletide Traditions See ticket information at the bottom of this page A Yuletide Feast in the Tavern's Ordinary Each evening strolling Tavern musicians will entertain guests dining by candlelight. The bill of fare features a banquet of Virginia favorites including country ham, roast turkey and an array of delicacies appropriate to the season. The Ordinary will be decorated in festive 18th-century tradition, featuring fresh greens and fruits. There will be 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. seatings each evening. Advance ticket purchase required. Tickets go on sale Monday, November 1, 2010. Due to limited seating, a maximum of 12 tickets per person allowed. Alcoholic beverages and gratuity not included. Please see ticket information below. The Candlelit Original Tavern The original Tavern will be decorated for the evenings and will offer a variety of special activities. Adults and youth will be invited to sing traditional carols with our Tavern musicians. Mr. Michie's apprentice will serve tankard drinks from the original tap bar. Living history interpreters and story-tellers will be available to entertain guests. Period refreshments will be served from the 18th-century tap bar. Admission is free to the original Tavern during the evenings of our Yuletide Traditions. TICKET INFORMATION Tickets for our Yuletide dinners will be available by phone or in person beginning 8:30 am Monday, November 1, 2010 on a first come, first serve basis.
